      The Smurfs 2 is a 2013 American 3D family comedy film and a sequel to the 2011 film The Smurfs. Based on The Smurfs comic book series created by the Belgian comics artist Peyo. It will be the second installment of the The Smurfs trilogy, produced by Sony Pictures Animation and distributed by Columbia Pictures. The film is being directed again by Raja Gosnell, with all the main cast returning. New cast includes Christina Ricci and J. B. Smoove as members of the Naughties, and Brendan Gleeson as Patrick Winslow's stepfather. The film is set for release on July 31, 2013. The third film is scheduled to be released on July 24, 2015. This will be Jonathan Winters' final film after his death on April 11, 2013.

Plot

      Gargamel creates Hackus and Vexy, a couple of evil Smurf-like creatures called the Naughties, to harness the magical Smurf essence. When he discovers that only a real Smurf can give him what he wants and that only Smurfette can turn the Naughties into real Smurfs, Gargamel kidnaps Smurfette and takes her to Paris, France where the Naughties teach her to become one of them. There, with the help of the Smurf essence, Gargamel hopes to use the Eiffel Tower as an energy-generating antenna to finally return home. It is up to Papa Smurf, Brainy, Gutsy, Clumsy, Grouchy, and Vanity to return to the human world and seek help from Patrick and Grace Winslow and their son, Blue.

      The Wolverine is an American/Australian superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character Wolverine and is intended to be the sixth installment in the X-Men film series. Hugh Jackman reprises his role from previous films as the title character, with James Mangold directing a screenplay written by Christopher McQuarrie, Scott Frank, and Mark Bomback, based on the 1982 limited series Wolverine by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller.

      McQuarrie was hired to write a screenplay for The Wolverine in August 2009. In October 2010, Darren Aronofsky was hired to direct the film. The project was delayed following Aronofsky's departure and the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami in March 2011. In June 2011, Mangold was brought on board to replace Aronofsky and Bomback was hired to rewrite the screenplay in September 2011. The supporting characters were cast in July 2012 with principal photography beginning at the end of the month in New South Wales before moving to Tokyo in August 2012 and back to New South Wales in October 2012. The film was converted to 3D in post-production.
      The Wolverine is scheduled to be released on July 24, 2013, in various international markets, July 25, 2013, in Australia and on July 26, 2013, in the United States.

Premise

      Set sometime after X-Men: The Last Stand, Logan travels to Japan, where he engages a mysterious figure from his past in a fight that has lasting consequences. Vulnerable for the first time, and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel, but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than ever before.

      While trying to lead a normal life, Frank is notified that Interpol is hunting for him. In order to successfully defuse it, he is reacquainted with the man who helped set up the project (who has been confined to a mental hospital) and finds himself hunted by Victoria (who has apparently left retirement) and one of the best assassins in the business. It doesn't help that he is also reunited with an old flame who is eager to rekindle their relationship...

Plot

      Julian (played by Ryan Gosling), is an American hiding in Thailand running a Thai boxing club and smuggling drugs simultaneously. His brother Billy (Tom Burke) murders an underage prostitute, setting off a chain of revenge killings leading straight back to him. After Billy is killed, Julian is relayed the news, and then finds himself caught in the middle of extreme violence and bloodshed whilst trying to find the man responsible. The situation only gets worse after his mother Crystal (Kristin Scott-Thomas) gets herself involved and turns up to collect her dead son's body. Julian must confront a mysterious cop named Chang (Vithaya Pansringarm) to satisfy his mother's need for revenge.

      Turbo is an American 3D computer-animated sports comedy film produced by DreamWorks Animation and distributed by 20th Century Fox. It is based on an original idea by David Soren, who is also directing the film. The film features an ordinary garden snail whose dream to become the fastest snail in the world comes true. The film is scheduled to be released on July 17, 2013.

      Along with Ryan Reynolds, who stars as the titular character, the film also features Paul Giamatti, Michael Peña, Snoop Dogg, Maya Rudolph, Michelle Rodriguez and Samuel L. Jackson.

Plot

      Theo, a.k.a Turbo (Ryan Reynolds), is a garden snail who dreams of being the greatest racer in the world, just like his hero, 5-time Indianapolis 500 champ, Guy Gagne (Bill Hader). His obsession with speed and all things fast has made him an oddity and an outsider in the slow and cautious snail community, and a constant embarrassment to his careful older brother, Chet (Paul Giamatti). Turbo desperately wishes he could escape the slow-paced life he's living.

      As luck would have it, Turbo gets that chance one fateful day after a freak accident when he gets stuck in the grille of a racecar fusing his DNA with nitrous oxide on a Street Race when he suddenly finds himself vested with the power of incredible speed, accuracy, as well as some of the characteristics of a car, such as eyes that light up like headlights, a shell that blinks red like taillights and makes car sounds and music from a radio.

      Turbo is then captured by Tito (Michael Peña) a "Dos Bros" taco truck driver and is brought to race with other snails also with Angelo (Luis Guzmán).       Impressed by snail leader Whiplash (Samuel L. Jackson), he is accompanied by the rest of his crew Smoove Move (Snoop Dogg), Burn (Maya Rudolph), Skidmark (Ben Schwartz), and White Shadow (Michael Bell).

      Turbo embarks on an extraordinary journey to achieve the impossible: racing against the best that IndyCar has to offer, but in the Indianapolis 500 there is no way a snail can race in a competition that is meant for cars. He is the ultimate underdog who achieves the impossible by refusing to let his limitations get in the way of his dreams.

      The film was rushed into production in late 2012, and debuted at Park City’s Library Center Theatre on Saturday, January 19, as part of Sundance 2013, much like its predecessor. The sequel involves a largely different group of directors: Jason Eisener, Gareth Evans, Timo Tjahjanto, Eduardo Sánchez and Gregg Hale, and franchise returnees Simon Barrett and Adam Wingard.

      The film currently has a VOD release date set for June 6, as well as a theatrical release date set for July 12.

To combat this new threat, a special type of weapon is designed: massive robots, known as Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. As time passes, even the powerful Jaegers prove almost defenseless in the face of a relentless enemy. On its last stand and on the verge of defeat, the remaining defending forces of mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes—a former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi)—and the weapon they are teamed to pilot; a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the early trials of the mechanical titans. Plot

         American military veteran, and former NATO operative, Colonel Benjamin Ford (Robert De Niro) has fled to a cabin retreat somewhere in the Appalachian Mountains, to forget the painful memories of the Bosnian War he fought in. Former Serbian solider Emil Kovac (John Travolta), intent on revenge against Ford for his actions during the war, poses off as a European tourist visiting Tennessee and gets the opportunity to repair Ford's broken jeep. From there, the two men stroke a friendly acquaintance. When Kovac reveals his true identity, after attacking Ford during a game hunting session, they become deadly enemies and what follows is a gory game of cat-and-mouse.
